How Do We Work?
Our approach to event
management is organised and structured.
This is how we arrange every
event, from a small baby shower to a 500 delegate conference:

We come to you with a list of
specific questions that will enable us to create an event that responds
perfectly to your needs. If you are stuck for ideas, we’ll use our expertise
to provide suggestions to help you define your ideal event.

Once we have all the
information required, we create a proposal which outlines the event and
gives you broken down costs and timings, which means you’ll know exactly how
much it’s going to cost you and the timeframes involved.

As soon as you agree to the
proposal, we put together an action plan to ensure the event is organised
thoroughly and professionally.

We keep in contact with you
every step of the way. If we have any questions we will let you know. We’re
also on hand all the time to answer any queries you may have.

Prior to the event we’ll hold
a meeting with you to discuss the final details and run through the running
order of the event.

Depending on your
requirements, we will:

be present to coordinate the
set up of your event

attend the event to ensure
it runs smoothly

arrange the clean up
afterwards
-
gather feedback from guests
after the event (this is particularly useful for corporate events).
